Hi, I’m Nancy Solomon — a REALTOR® who takes the time to listen and truly understand what my clients need. I love helping people find homes that fit their lives, whether it’s a full-time residence or a relaxing beach retreat. After visiting Bethany Beach with my pug in 2024, I fell in love with the Delaware coast and decided to make Ocean View my home.

Before real estate, I spent many years working in Federal service and as a caregiver—experiences that taught me patience, empathy, and the importance of communication. I bring those same qualities to my clients every day.

I know firsthand what it’s like to buy, sell, and renovate a home, and I enjoy guiding others through the process with care and confidence. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll probably find me baking my signature sugar cookies for open houses, decorating my Shabby Chic home, or playing with my two pugs.
